Hi, Iam new here.
Iam am a uniform collector from Germany and here is my ANA collection.
Iam still looking for some cool ANA stuff mostly patches and some of my uniforms will hit the marketplace soon.
This was my first:
Woodland ANA uniform.
New unused. Got it from a Polish Soldier, it was a bring back from Afghanistan.
Both Medium Long.
Jacket was a standart US BDU jacket with hip pouches removed and added on the arms.
YKK zipper for ventilation is sewn in under the arms.
Properbly a name was written on the label of the jacket.
Trousers are standart US BDU.
Tailorwork is done professionally, so I think it could been done in the US.
My second uniform was from that same Polish guy:
Spec4ce afghan forest uniform.
Both Medium Long.
Jacket seems to be unused, pants hase some dirt on the knees but also looks new.
Both are made from US fabric and assambled in Kabul (according to label) in 2009.
Jacket:
Trousers:
Third uniform was from another Polish soldier.
New unissued, with tag.
Jacked is clearly labled Large Long, but is is an XXLarge Long. I meassured it.
Jacket has a zipper instead of buttons.
Trousers are Large Regular.
Pockets have the ACU cut not the BDU cut.
Made in the USA.
Jacket:
Trousers:
Then I got two jackets and a trouser from an French ANA collector. He has an awsome collection.
Jacked #1 is in a good condition, but lables are washed out. He sold it to me as a Medium, but it really is Medium Extra Short or Small Regular.
Jacked #2 is a bit more used, the velcro has changed its collors. but condition is ok. Lables are washed out too. It must be a Medium Regular.
Trousers are heavily used and has some stiching done, but not good stitching. Lable is washed out.
Was sold as Medium Regular, but like the jacket its more like Medium Extra Short.
Jacket #1:
Jacket #2:
Trousers:
It is fascinating how diffrent each uniform is. Diffrent cuts, diffrent quallity of stitching, diffrent velcro color...
From a German friend, I got this:
Bringback IBA/OTV cover in woodland.
Made by Point Blank.
Size Medium.
With Corporal rank patch.
For comparrison, on the left side is a standart US IBA/OTV:
Also from the French Collector:
ANA afghan made Flag patch.
Afghan made Unit patch. I think its a Central Command patch, but I am not shure.
I hope, I can get other cool ANA stuff in the future. I am looking for some specific patches and for barret emblems.
Greetings from Germany!
Sorry for my bad english.
