Hi guys, i found this usaf (forces europe) bdu but m not sure about the qualification/occupational badge/ insignia.Could it be a security police senior badge?emergency management senior? thx in advance

no sleeves ranks and it looks like there used to be a patch at the right pocket to.

Patch on the pocket would be the wing patch.
The patch is usually the Senior Maintenance patch on these type of BDU's offerered after 7 years service.
