Arm, leg or rifle stock pouch?

Hi guys,

I need your help to identify this curious pouch, I assume that's a theater made but if someone can confirm or invalidate?

I'm going with rifle stock pouch. Looks to small for arm or leg pouch. It might be something entirely else completely. It doesn't have the strap that would go around the butt of the stock. The strap on the bottom seems to be in it's place but i'm not sure what that is for. Any way, one man's opinion.

rifle stock. probably patterned after the m16 stock ones, generally the ones made for m4 don't have the hotizontal strap
