Last year another collector was extremely excited over a simple dark green t-shirt bearing the Afghan flag and the words "AFGHAN COMMANDOES" on it which I picked up for him. He'd told me that it was a difficult to find shirt, and that he'd been out-bid on one of these shirts on eBay.
I picked up another one for my own collection this afternoon.
I don't know a whole hell of a lot about these - are they difficult to find? If so, then I'm pleased to have found my own.
Also - a few months ago I picked up a pretty cool t-shirt, which research taught me was for the only Afghan aviation unit specially trained and capable of operating at night under NODs. I was pleased to find this shirt as well.
