WORST fake modified DCU

You can see that at one point this was a Ranger modified DCU but someoje decided to make it SEAL by adding velcro for tapes and trident. The rank patch was placed on velcro where it was originally for glint square.

So ridulicious!

I lol'd when I saw this on ebay a couple days back.

But you can be a hero for $50!

I saw this one too! Get a modified jacket, check your patch bins out and boom you get a SEAL! Go figure!

Can you provide some more insight to this ebay seller, rkhouse, regarding the authenticity of the uniforms he sells? After looking through my collection I've come across 2 uniforms that I had bought from him. The one thing I did notice on his current listings, as well as the 2 I have, is that the uniforms look mint. The size and manufacturers tag's are not creased or faded like you would normally see in a uniform. Not sure if I need to remove these 2 from my collection or not. Thanks

Trailer, I and few other collectors I know have bought some items from him so you are not alone. I stopped buying from him after I started to see questionable items he put up for sale. Some of his stuff is good and legit, some stuff is not. It's a minefield.

I stopped looking at his stuff when I started seeing a lot of DCU's with pin back qualification and combat badges. Just too easy to grab a pin back badge and add it to a top and auction it off. Like Merc said, some good stuff, some not so good stuff so you need to watch your step.

This one is suspect as well..

This seller seems to come up with some amazing uniforms but like treesuit you have to question them. Lots of things don't add up on the uniforms and luckily I was warned off of this seller before purchasing anything.

Also in addition to what has already been said, try looking up and finding any of the original owners of the uniforms, especially the higher ranking ones.

Thanks Arch, I must have missed that post. I know I got two or three DCU's from him and now I need to go and pull them out of the collection. They could be correct and authentic but, to me, they are not tainted and need to be purged. Thanks Clete

What Arch said. Post here and ask for opinions.

He put pins on original DCUs. Fortunately, it is very easy to remove without ruining them.

The SF DBDU from link posted here is very questionable. Everything is brand new.
