    Found this in VA beach. Seems almost homemade due to MOLLE on the back appears to be off centered of the shoulders, the color of the webbing seems to be way different than anything I have ever seen. Looks to be modded as well, added drag handle, paracord drag cable, compresion straps on the back, and painted. What do you guys think?

    it is the base of a diving vest made for MDSU (Mobile Diving Salvage Units of the Us Navy).

    If i recall correctly mine has 3 rows of webbing near the carrying handle (sized for a 02 tank pouch)

    mine is made by London Bridge Trading, but from your photos yours looks slightly different.

    Here is mine, the full set (there were a couple of spare pouches).
