    I have had this one for 3-4 years; just dug it out today....

    AWS Inc. ? What do you guys think ?

    Looks Like Some Straps On Lower Back Side Were Cut (Leg Straps ?). Velcro / Button On Panel Pouches.
    Black Pouch Is A Tactical Tailor With Nylon MOLLE Connectors (Not Malice Clips)

    yes, these came with extraction harness; your have been cut off at the neck and legs.

    I think US Armor made those.
