These are post 2003 Iraqi Navy College Students Shoulder Boards showing front and back. As each student progresses, they are awarded different
shoulder boards.
Also a picture taken after 2003 of a Navy Student class.

I just picked up some Mahdi Army and Hezbollah Patches.

Bob, I don't even want to know where you got Hezbollah patches. Covering my ears. La, la, la, la!

The anchors are very interesting as they would be upside down when worn compared to any other naval insignia I've seen. Really cool.
