    I recently obtained an Iraqi Air Force 4th. (Flock?) Shoulder Patch. It is machine made, 3-3/8 in. wide, 3-3/4 in.
    high and has Velcro on the reverse.
    Translation below: the flying wing.

     The second patch is for the Iraqi Air Force 16th. Flock. It is machine made, 3 in. diameter and has a Velcro backing.
    Translation below: the Sixteenth Flock.
