It is a Qadissiyat Saddam Subscription Bond issued by the Iraqi Republic by the Law number 41 of 1986 to help pay for the Iraqi-Iranian War.
It paid 10.5% profit (interest) yearly and the bond would be paid back completely at 1-11-1996. The profits are free of taxes according
to the law.
Your bond has all the coupons on the side yet. Almost all the bonds you see have the coupons missing. I'm not sure how the coupons worked,
may be they could be used to pay out some of the profits sooner?
I have seen them in 50, 100 and 250 Dinar Bonds and there may be higher denominations too. Yours is the 100 Dinar Bond.
