This is not mine, but what a close friend got recently issued. He is a parachutist and obviously a gunner.
It is an arktis rig (1601 model), issued at platoon level already modified by some professional sewing contractor. As you see some pouches are removed and exchanged for a couple of bigger ones, made to accept 200 round boxes (infarmally called "snails", which sadly he has to buy himself on ebay, because the basic disposable issued is never replaced after attaching latches are broken). these pouches can be accessed from the top or the bottom. A pouch is added between the shoulders as well as molle webbing. Other units are also issuing british camo models.
