Top is an EIB (Expert Infantry Badge)....the botton could be Jump Wings or Air Assault. Most likely Jump Wings....

    Cheers ~

And an Airborne or Ranger tab over the SSI. Most likely, Airborne ......

I'd say Ranger tab instead of Airborne over the Follow Me SS insignia. The only soldiers wearing the Airborne tab over this patch are those assigned to the 507th PIR at the Airborne school at Fort Benning who are on jump status. Remmber, no jump status, no Airborne tab over non Airborne designated unit SS insignias. Such is the case here. The ghost over the Follow Me patch looks to be too short for an Airborne tab but lays just right for the Ranger tab. The ghost below the EIB looks to be too small to be master or senior parachutists wings, (which you would have to have to be assigned as cadre at the Airborne school), so it could be either basic Airborne OR Air Assault. The EIB is easy to aquire there as Fort Benning, being the home of the infantry, EIB testing occurs pretty regularly and any soldier can attend as long as he meets the pre requisites. This could be a company commander or XO in the BCT or IET environment over on sand hill or one of the many instructors at the Infantry center or Ranger training area. Fort Benning is a funny place,......if you don't have the correct skill badges on your uniform and henceforth in your PQR, you don't work there as this is the home of the Infantry and Airborne where everyone from officer to private begins his Infantry or Airborne carrer and learns from those with the correct knowledge and experience.
