This is one of the ANA/ANP issued IFAK style of kit. These are usually carried by a few soldiers within each unit that are designated as first aiders and have usually had a bit of extra training by coalition medics.
This kit is exactly as issued out of the bag with a Nasophyrngeal airway, tourniquet and what looks like an Israeli dressing but of a slightly lower quality.
Where i was located we ran fortnightly training with our ANA on the use of CATs and Isreali dressings and would issue them out before a patrol and collect them afterwards. We couldnt give them out permanently or they would vanish, turns out 2xCATs makes a great belt!
Hope you find this interesting.
Cheers
