    I am thinking this is a ANA setup....no tags to speak of. Looks like it holds AK style mags.

    Found this in with US Special Forces gear pile; picked up from a guy who buys from SF guys....

    Any input would be appreciated.

    That is 100% an Afghan piece. I picked up one the last time I was down your way. Here is one in use by an Afghan Police Officer.

    I think these chest pouches would be worn by both the ANA and ANP.
