Help to find a CRO from CJTF-HOA

Hi guys,

I've recently bought a CRO maroon beret, it come from a french soldier whose exchange his beret against the maroon beret. But I have a little problem: impossible for him to remember the name of this officer, only informations I have about this officer are:
-was a lieutenant colonel.
-beret's exchange during an exercise in camp Lemonier in 2010.
-have a post in CJTF-HOA.

I've began research and find that the 81st Expeditionary Rescue Squadron was in Djibouti during this period but don't find any Lieut. Colonel in this unit ?!?

And if you find I'll post some nice picts of the beret... but anyway I'll post it

i finaly find the officer and this is Lt Col John McElroy, commander of the 103rd rescue squadron since march 2007 to march 2012, I'll post the picture as soon as possible
