DCU Drop-Leg Magazine Pouches

I picked up this pair of DCU-type pattern drop-leg magazine pouches, however can't find any manufacture markings/tags.  The flea market vender I got these from (a fellow Army retiree) wasn't sure where these are from either.  Not sure if these are American or from another army.


I'd appreciate help identifying what these are.

these look like the UTG leg pouch, only they don't have the anti slip leg straps and buckle on the belt loop...maybe they are older model or even an afghan made copy (don't think so, from this distance they don't look like they are made of typical afghan used material)
