These kind of carriers sized for concealable plates are colloquially referred with the incredibly stupid name of "chicken plate carrier", a nonsense term born in the airsoft-reenacting community. Airsoft copies do exist.

The man you always see near her is Diplomatic Security Special Agent Michael Evanoff, in charge of the Secretary of State's protective detail.
As you can see lot of Diamonback gear used among VIPs and their escort (a lot used also by various SOF).
