Unknown Pouches - Several Models

I've seen these, on occasion, pop-up around the local surplus market. Some new and others well worn. They look like knock-offs, but I think most likely made overseas in theater.  The MOLLE connectors appear to be an (pseudo) attempt at the Paraclete style loops.....What are your thoughts ? Anyone seen these before ?

I got a black ops Afghanistan plate carrier that had one on it. My guess would be if not made by black ops then made by someone close by. Just a guess though.

Just found 8 of these, I was told by the seller they were made for the ANA. Not sure if they were afghan made or made elsewhere, but they were made for the Afghan Army.
Does anybody have pictures of these in use?
