Writing on a helmet?

Dear fellow collectors,

this writing is found on a Romanian helmet in Afghan service.
I have asked around in restaurants to resolve the meaning but
there seems to be many variations of Arab writing.
Any ideas around here?

If it was an Afghan used helmet, it wouldn't be Arabic. It would be Pashto or Dari. Both are languages that are Iranian in classification, not Arab, but they do use Arabic script.

Maybe some can still resolve it.
Otherwise, I will have to find an Iranian restaurant.
