Hi everyone,
Here is something that was one of the first pieces in my Iraqi collection. This is a post 1991 Iraqi Naval officers dress uniform. Its similar in construction and stitching as my other dress uniforms. The ranks on it are for a Major or equivalent. The hat is similar to democratic era ones, but I believe this is Saddam era because it was brought back in 2003. It was received as is, and hasn't been changed. To this day it is one of my favorite pieces in my collection. It does have matching trousers but they aren't pictured.
