Picked up these two large velcro backed patches in a MARSOC patch grouping. I was hoping maybe someone may know who used these as I have never seen them before. They are larger patches (5 3/4" long and 3" wide) and are probably made to be worn on a plate carrier.
A lot of the patches in the grouping were novelty/morale type patches, so these may well fall into that category.
