Homethese are a couple afghan made patches i picked up however no idea what the writing says...ive little to no knowlege on US insignia but im guessing the tabs are some sort of qualifying patches like "airborne" etc?

Entirely a guess here but special forces for the long one and airborne, ranger for the small ones?
