Vest looks like it's set up for Basic Training, don't see many people with the bayonet on the chest still( at least not in Infantry units)
Here's mine, I have the top flaps of the mag pouches tucked in and have a CP Gear double mag pouch on the front. Bayonet isn't on the vest right now, but when it is it's attached to the straps on the left side C9/Utility pouch.
