Heres a Cadpat uniform belonging to a soldier of the Royal Canadian Regiment. He was in Australia as a member of the Canadian army shooting team. I also have his RCR beret and a IR flag that we traded. In 2002 during his first trip to Afghanistan with PPCLI he was involved in the Tarnak Farm incident

    Hope you enjoy this uniform.

    Cheers
    Jason

I relate Jason, my Cadpat set belonged to a CF soldier, who is still serving, so it's great to have that level of provenance with a piece....pity it is a bit "dodgy" to own this stuff though eh!! Very Happy

Very cool Mate..I like Berets this one especially.

Just out of interest is the lining removed from this one..reason I ask is because I'm trying work out if CF forces follow the same trend as Brit squaddies by removing the lining. Wink

The liners are always removed, it's rare t find a beret with liner but not impossible Wink

It was (is) a common practice to remove the lining from the berets to reduce bulk, improve appearance and make them a tiny bit cooler to wear.
