WTK - Where are these made? What are they called?

Hi

I was wondering where these were made and what they were called in the textile production industry (I don't think they're called "patches", as "clothing label" seems to be a more apt description). They're basically embroidery on nylon tape.

I'd like to get something like this made up, but not with the Union Jack on it.



Any pointers to where I can get it done would be appreciated.
