ANA reference photos

Hi All,

Thought it may be worth while starting some reference threads. We have the rare chance to accumulate reference images while the conflict is still occuring. So if anyone has any good pics of anything ANA in use throw them in here!

Mix of digi and BDU uniforms in use during medical training

ANA equivalnet of a company sergeant major wearing BDU style uniform with helmet cover and a private purchase, afghan made chest rig.

Another mix of digi and bdu in wear along with another privately purchased afghan made chest rig.

Clear shot of 2 afghan soldiers in digi and BDU equipment, one carrying 40mm grenades in the issued bandoleer. This shows the average issued equipment carried by an ANA rifleman.

Afghan special forces in ACU. All of this pictures were taken between end of 2010 and mid 2011 in Uruzgan province. It shows how varried the uniforms and equipment currently being worn can be. Another this is that the amount of insignia issued to anyone below the rank of Sgt is next to none.

The joys of social media, just found this on one of my friends pages. The ANA appear to have USMC IBA, has anyone else seen any evidence of this?
