Have several of these to put up hoping to have obtain some help with identification. Theatre made in Iraq and really nice quality. Wording on the patch is PALAMAM QUI at top and MERUIT FERAT. Roughly from the Latin “Let He Who Merits The Palm Possess It” Or in other words, “If You Wish To Gain Recognition, Work Hard For It”. May just be a morale patch but thought someone here might have insight.
