I have found this photo of ceremony it was in January 2010, Colonel Eric Bellot of Mining, commander of the 2nd Foreign Parachute Regiment, was succeeded by Colonel Benoit Durieux, commander of the 2nd foreign regiment of infantry at the head of the task force Surobi (GTIA2)

Thank you for your comments, for the 2nd REP beret is dark green not red, this picture, they are soldiers of RPIMA (8th RPIMA) I think but the white caps are indeed legionnaires

You have 2 platoons, the first one who wear the "kepi blanc" from french foreign legion in the back of the pics. The NCO and officers wear a black kepi.
In front of you, you have the second one who wear scarlet beret for airborne soldiers, I think they are come from 1st RHP after reading the article on this unity
