Hi lorenzo, they are very interesting, the pistol belt is an US made?? with a Iraq buckle. Anyway it s a nice display

-It is the style of a U.S. Equipment belt, I like it becuse it is marked with the JIM Jaish ج (Iraqi Army Insignia)

I have 11 different Iraqi Used Equipment belts in my Collection, most of them are marked with the ج

You certainly picked up some killer items brother!! And I used a number of the Iraqi belts for my pistol when I was embedded with them. My Commandos always got a kick out of it.

Thank you for the comments, yea I was sad when I missed out on a very nice Popular Army Uniform, it sold before I even had a chance to grab it. The Popular Army Uniform sold on Williams Military Relics for $300.00 I would have paid $400.00 it was well worth that. Dude did you say that you use to work with the Iraqi SF Commandos; did you take any good pics; would love to see them.

Not quite the SF types. The Special Police Commandos,as they were called in the early days before evolving into the National Police as they are now. Their early look was very similar to the RG you have above in the woodland style camo, and many of them were former members of that organization, as well as others pre-invasion. And like with most groups of Iraqi's, it brought a whole new reality to the term "herding cats".
