I think we can see hre : two Romania soldiers (in their DPM pants with a tan t-shirt), a few polish soldiers, el-salvatore troops, mongolian troops and US Army soldiers

I think the pattern is Slovakian, not Romanian.

i think it is slovakian too,the brown is to dark and the pattern goes sideways i think the czech goes up and down and is lighter in color
