I think Saxecoburg in on the right path. Looks CADPAT to me.
I was thinking maybe a heavily used MARPAT but think the colors lean towards Canadian.
The gear/weapon might help ID the country to but am not up to speed on gear or rifles
to know.

Its not desert CADPAT. Its actually a pattern called Desert Dune produced by Hyperstealth (a Canadian company).
