I found this interesting cap with a patch for the "Free Burma Rangers."
Its interesting to me as I've recently seen a couple YouTube videos of American members of this organization recently operating in northern Iraq against ISIS. I've posted a couple photos of these guys in Iraq, which I found online. Similar green cap, however "Burma" is replaced with "Kurds" for their Iraq mission.
However, the bottom-most photo is of a senior member wearing the exact type cap I picked up, bearing the 20th anniversary patch logo.
This organization has been involved in medical/humanitarian missions in several areas.
Hat is sort of crudely made - not sure where manufactured.
