Unknown Iraq or Afghanistan patches

These are a recent pick up, Iraq or Afghan ? no id's any help appreciated. The one with the tiger may relate to some sort of brigade, the white one on the bottom may relate to a school thanks, Matt

Ok Thanks, for the info. I needed a start point to dig for an id, after finding an ebay listing for a similar item I noticed an unsold item similar to the white patch listing it as Palestine Army Special forces, here is a link

Also with that i found the tiger patch as a shoulder badge for Lebanon Commando-

Awesome . I knew the first patch because I recently acquired a 5th Group SGM's uniforms, and he had a foreign uniform and cap with his stuff. Turned out to be from Lebanese from when he was training them.
