    I received these items today from a good friend, who got this from an overseas buddy.  His buddy is a volunteer (from northern Europe) fighting alongside the Kurds.

    U.S. canteen and cover (extreme cold weather ... I've not seen these before and know nothing about them), as well as an entrenching tool cover - no e-tool.  A canteen (in its cover) is attached to the belt.  Canteen has Iraqi markings.


    The field jacket is eastern European - Polish, I think.




    I'm pretty stoked to have this!

    Jacket is Czechoslovakian and is called the Mlok (salamander) pattern. It was introduced in 1960.

    This is the " Para " version, with attached hood . There are a few variants .. Great piece !!
