I got this in a trade while attending WLC in Germany back in 2006 or 2007. The Estonian Soldier was from the Kuperjanov Infantry Battalion, which has a storied history, but appears to now be a training unit.

Their unit patch is simple and menacing as well: A black shield with a skull and crossed bones on it. The guy I traded with knew his stuff in the woods.
