Thought this was appropriate due to yesterday's elections here on the west coast..
This is a ballot from the first Iraqi parliamentary election, which was held on January 30th, 2005. This is a single piece of paper, no duplicate/triplicate carbon paper. I have another ballot somewhere from the same election that is a different format; multiple pages, carbon paper, etc. It is probably in a closet or box somewhere at home; I'll try and dig it up later and post a picture.
Sorry for the bad cell phone picture, if anyone cares to see a hi-res of this I can probably work it out. The black border around the edge of the picture is the mat board (I have it framed).
