I ran across these boots in a pile of used issue boots.....

I got a gut feeling these are Saudi....maybe not. All input is welcome.

They are boots made by BFR

    http://www.bfrboots.com/English/section.cfm?id=152&pid=5

"We provide customers with high-quality "Made in Singapore" products at competitive prices." According to their webpage.

Seems like something that would be found in a PX overseas. I remember the shops at KAIA in Kabul and Kandahar Air Field having a bunch of strange imported boots available. These would fit right in.

If 292 is the size that would make them around a US 11 or 11.5 based on this great conversion tool...http://www.helsinki.fi/~pjojala/Shoe-size-conversion-tables.htm

Based on the company website, it sounded like these boots have some sort of blast resistant armored insole. Interesting stuff.

    Hello everyone,
I also have a pair of these boots, and have the inner sole and instep made of Kevlar, I think. very comfortable but heavy.
