    Hi Guys,

I will put up some pictures of the stuff I have in my collection.

Let's start with CCU uniform from 2003. Got it from eBay after long search of CCU uniform and a size that actually fits me well (196cm/108kgs).

The jacket is not CCU. It is a modified DCU. It is a nice jacket however I can't comment on patches.

Sorry about that, that is correct Mercenary25. I have no clue about the patches. They came with the uniform without any info.

The links on the labels are are misplaced but I think you get the idea which one is which (cant edit them it seems).

    ACU Jacket:
    My collection 239xBWr8FUsb46si0F2fW7

Laundry label still visible and in pretty good shape. There is also a reddish stamping on top of the sizing label, pretty faint one.

The patches did not came with the jacket although they were in the same lot of things I acquired. Below are couple of Massif Combat shirts, acquired for size compare (L & XL).

Couple of helmets I have acquired along the way.

MK6A, DOM 2006. This is the EOD version. The visor did not come with the helmet. The lot included the lid and 2 covers (DPM and DDPM). The DPM cover is display after this picture on MK6 helmet.

    My collection Empty patch

    Post by ripcord56 Mon Mar 31, 2014 6:53 pm

    Hey Pekka,

I have a similar patch.  It is supposed to be a Seal Team 6  sniper patch, but I am certain it is a novelty patch, and not a legit piece...

    New pick up from the bay;

On the patches the name has been embroidered with a lighter brown color and the  U.S. Army color is more brown-reddish.

My collection Empty Modified DCU Patches

I believe the SEAL Team VI patch is from eBay sellers such as kobalt.2000 and lockhid-500 - they make nice high quality patches. But obviously just a collector patch. Some sellers claim these are from Afghanistan but I can't see how. The tailor shops have come a long way, but not that far!

The SF SSI and tabs are almost certainly from an eBay seller named altea.int from Spain. The shape of the SSI they produce is singularly distinct. And they always have a Sniper tab in their "triple tab" combination and of course, there is no authorized Sniper Tab. They also make really nice, very high quality patches, but you can imagine not too many ODAs are going to call up someone in Barcelona to make their official team patch.

Thanks for the info much appreciated.

I have several patches from kobalt.2000 and they are as you said high quality and pretty nice. To speed up sales some of these guys add APO/FPO tot heir item location. You probably add patchpad to the list of reproductions patch makers.

Yessir! The other thing on the USSF SSI, if you go to those offered by altea.int on eBay:  (I can't put the link in becasue I'm still a FNG)

You'll see an ACU version, same pattern.  Take a close look at the last letter of "Special" the "L" and how it touches the first "S" of "Special" - that's the same as yours.

They are actually very good and since those are the "back of the head" model, fits nicely with my grape with or without helmet. And the whol set i quite nice with all the stuff included.
