A few unknowns

At last months Show of Shows, I picked up a number of Iraqi military patches. Here are a few that I could use some help with if anyone knows what they are.

The large patch at the bottom looks to be from the Ministry of the Interior

Left: 2006, Al Fahad (Leopard) Force Unit, 1st Crowd.
Lower: half of a set of the Police Academy Arm Patches 1980's -1990's.

Second picture-
Top - 2009, Iraqi Border Guards
Top right- Anti Disturbance (trouble) unit of the Basrah Police
Bottom- 2006, MOI Borders Command Forces Special Whale Force
Three of these patches are in my book that I published in 2011.

Al Fahad Leopard Force- Regular army?
Police Academy- I have a second one but eagle faces the same way. Is that the other half?
Special Whale Force- What's a Special Whale Force!?

Sorry for the questions but I am pretty ignorant when it comes to Iraqi military stuff.

 Here is a picture of my Police Display in a Rykor mount. The police pair like the one you have is in the top middle.
There are pre and post 2003 patches here.
The Whale Force Patch is for the Border Guard Command Force.
