Afghans never cease to amaze me. 
The soldier (Or tailor) cut off the Name/Rank Velcro, Chest pockets and Tags. the only one left is a nametape sized velcro strip on the right arm, any idea or even a guess what this guy might of been thinking, ruining such a decent uniform?!
This was bought dirty cheap from a Soldier along with removed items above that came free with it.
I'm guessing he was going to make some sort of upgrade but got lazy and decided to sell- instead of trash it.
