Has Fastex clips (not dated) - no data tag.

american body armor load bearing vest. from a fy84 contract for 3rd and 5th special forces. a couple of them could still be seen on early oef deployments.

thanks arch. you'd even notice how due to the lack of tan colored webbing back in the days how different they are in details one another, bearing various combinations of 1 and 2 inches webbing both in tan or OD. But the sand hardware was atleast 20 years ahead of its time.
