Agreed , very hard to source webbing.
This was based on the British 58 Pattern webbing, and judging by the photos this Iraqi webbing is a very close match.

Nice Web gear! You don't often see it completely intact with all of the pouches present. The blue Air Force web gear is pretty uncommon, but it pops up from time to time.

Like most things Iraqi, the sets that I have seen were imported to Iraq. The ones I have seen were made in Jordan. What's the going rate for these sets?
