ISIS medic pouch Battle damaged

ISIS medic pouch found in Mosul by a friend, Battle damaged. The pouch and the box inside is pierced by several shrapnels… One of my favorite ISIS item..
Medical supplies inside from Middle east, turkish and russia.

Very interesting, I wonder where they got the Russian and Turkish items from, perhaps they were provided to the SAA and captured by ISIS? Hopefully there isn't any Captagon in there, ISIS apparently used it a lot.
