    Last month the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) changed out the beret flash (black with white trim) to the older Vietnam era flash, in homage to the unit's Vietnam history.

    This coin was developed and made by a former 5th SF Group Illustrator.

    Large and heavy, this coin is very well made.

    Wow. That is a nice coin. There are several articles with photos on the beret flash change in VFW, American Legion, Army Times, etc. Easy to search and find online. Thanks! Mark
