I hope this is OK to post here. If this needs to be moved or deleted, that's cool. This wasn't actually used in Afghanistan or Iraq. The guy I got this stuff from was actually stationed in French Polynesia around 2008. If anyone has an idea of what the badges are or any info on the vest, feel free to post.

I guess this is a medic vest, but not sure...About the insignia, this is a rank, probably "Soldat première classe" (First Class soldier). A friend of mine is in the French Army, I'll ask him the question.
The beret insignia is "intendance commissariat", which let me think this is some stuff for a Gendarme.

Not a medic item, just a warm weather vest (forgot the correct designation). There exist also matching shorts.
