Hello,
This is a Contacters DCU (or at least a current contracter told me so). It's completely sterile except for a "6" and an "N" inside the collar. No evidence of any tags ever so it makes me wonder if this was special order by one of the contracters for thier soldiers? And all of the buttons are there, no velcro closures. The velcro rectangle is over the left pocket.
