I'm not 100% certain, but for me it's Logistics Task Force 307 (or 307th Logistics Task Force), that was deployed in Afghanistan. I think the "307" is a reference to the 307th Forward Support Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division.

I think "Anywhere - Anytime" is often a motto in logistics or transportation units
