This is the 34th infantry division SSI.

It is the 34th Infantry and is known as the Red Bulls. Typically the bull head on the patch would be red in color. I have seen lots of color variations but not sure what they designate. It is a National Guard division with members from Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming and Missouri with the division HQ located in MN (about 15 miles/30k from where I am typing this response).
