Redacted DVD ...any good ??

Hi Guys.

I bought Redacted today,"notorious and the most controversial war films ever made" well that's what it say's on the box, ,but what do you think????.....discuss

No comment on this film mate... all I will say is I found it in poor taste when it comes to expressing one's opinion on an issue.

I didn't watched it..yet, I have no opinion about it, I will let you know when I catch a copy

Hmmm,sound ominous..truth be told I did'nt get around to watching it yet...but the hype around this film make me buy it..anti-war dunno,perhaps I need to watch it then get back to giving a solid opinion

Ok, I got around to watching this film, it left me feeling a little uncomfortable, I can't decide whether it is an anti-war film,or whether it is a realistic account of life in Iraq!!!!!!!!


Rape, and unecessary killings of civilians is nothing new, let's face it, it was happening in WW2...so nothing new there, but this film left me feeling..I don't know..just uncomfortable really!!!

On a positive note it was an excellent reference film for uniform, and general kit spotting, that's the only positive I'm afraid from my point of view....


It would be interesting to hear others points of view, go on have a rant ,you know you want too!
