So these were sold as souvenirs out of patch shops. I acquired one from a Veteran who was with the 1157th Trans. Company out of Wisconsin. Said he picked it up while hauling fuel around Baghdad. Mine is nearly identical to yours with the border being a slightly different color, some differences on the noose, and the lettering.
